Template:A National InfoboxJames Shoal(HK) is a city-state located in the South China sea in EMC, and there belongs to the State of Hong Kong but still has a high degree of autonomy.
As a City-state, the Mayor has no formal authority outside the council. The Councilor is de facto responsible for establishing policy, passing local ordinances, voting appropriations, and developing an overall vision, etc. Council in James Shoal has a right to supervise the Councilor and Mayor. The members of the Council are assembled by citizens who paid more taxes in a month.
In James Shoal(HK), the economic system is a mixed economy based on the social market economy and half-common ownership.
The official languages are English and Chinese(Mandarin and Cantonese).
曾母暗沙（James_Shoal）是一个位于EMC南中国海的一个城邦，属于香港(Hong Kong)的一部分，但依然享有高度自治。
作为一个城邦，Mayor（市长）作为城邦的主人其实并没有过多的权限，实际管理者是Councilor（顾问），负责制定法律，政策，财政预算，投票，发展计划等；同时Council（顾问团）负责监督Mayor（市长）和Councilor（顾问）的施政，顾问团的成员由一批在当月缴纳税收（金锭）比较多的市民组成。
在曾母暗沙，经济体系是基于社会市场经济和半公有制的混合经济。在这里市民可以根据自己需求来取得自己需要的材料和工具而不需要购买，但同时我们也允许市民工作打工挣钱，或者购买土地等。
实际通用语是英语（English）和中文（Chinese），同时以普通话（Mandarin）为多数，但有少数人会粤语（Cantonese）和英语（English）。
