The Kamakura Alliance Pact is an alliance which operates on the Japanese Archipelago and its surrounding regions. Kamakura's goal is to unify the Japanese Nations which seceded rightfully from Japan into one Sovereign Nation under the name of Kamakura. It also has the goal to put a final stop to the nation of Japan, its corrupt government, its forceful attempts at an unwanted unification, and to impose a brand new system which is meant to benefit all of the Japanese Citizens.

On December 23rd 2020, Kawada's Japan fell due to successful operations performed by the PRR and allies (partially due to Lord_Troll quitting too). Along with the collapse. Enigma731 was given Emperor by Lord_Troll. This meant a new era for Japan in which Kamakura would fall into a bit of inactivity. On January 21st 2021, Ishikari would rejoin Japan, making the last Kamakura members Shimazu and Karafuto; but due to both of the nations being really inactive, Kamakura Pact was disbanded.

The Ministers of Kamakura are helpers of the Chiji. These Ministers are elected by the citizens and not by the Government. Ministers are subject to administrative duties when the Chiji are not online. Each Minister can serve 1 month terms.
Chiji is the name for the Highest Ranking official of a Prefecture which is the name for a Japanese State/Province. Under the Chiji System, the leaders will act as Chiji for Kamakura. Chiji will be made up of a council where the leaders act like a group of Emperors, but have shared authority. This does mean that in Kamakura under this proposal, Chiji would be the Highest level of power. Below that there are Daimyo, which will have power to suggest laws. Daimyo are made up of town Majors and Councillors if available.These Daimyo get the power to propose laws. All Daimyo get equal representation and in the event that Daimyo get to vote, those votes will be equal. Shimin have the right to vote on laws, which overall makes the passing laws less quick, and still lets the community have a strong voice. Under the Chiji System, this are the levels of power.

The Daimyo are the Majors and Councillors or Kamakura. Regardless of how big a town is, how many people are in that town, or how active it is, every Daimyo gets equal representation and equal votes. The Daimyo get to pick who can run for Minister, but only the citizens can vote unless there is only a Daimyo living in a town. As of November 30 2020, there are 11 Daimyo.
