KeijoDPutt

KeijoDPutt (Terra Nova, December 12, 2020), full name "Keijo D. Putt", is an EMC citizen, Mayor of Lincoln, Leader of Nebraska in Terra Nova, Mayor of Necochea, Argentina. He is known for his redstone builds, his Marketplace La Pulpería in Argentina, and for being a dedicated fisherman, who was enrolled to Staff on Nov 19h, 2022, and given the Moderator rank on Jan 18th, 2023. He's reported to be the most IRL aged Staff in existence, with accounts of him being 48 years old.
He goes by the shortened nickname keijo, his symbol is the Kanji ideogram for water: 水, Mizu, and was given the unofficial role of Kirbonic pikmin in the Support Discord until November 2023, the day he stepped down.
Early life
keijo spawned for the first time on EMC, in the main land area between Russia and China, brought onto the server by a Reddit post that spoke about Earth Minecraft servers. He quickly learned the ropes about Towny, the diverse plugin ecosystem on EMC Terra Nova, and set his first-and-only townless base in the limits between old Astoria, Salem, and the defunct Richland, Cascadia.
Recruited for Cascadia, he was given the mayorship of Richland, to manage the inactive town that was closest to Astoria, Cascadia's Capital, which he made flourish and expand to its largest size, making a metropolis of it with the number of recruits; this gave Cascadia a 150 plot Nation-bonus, and a jumpstart in his political RP career.
On January 2021 he acquired the nation of Maldives from sndor, moving away from Richland, but maintaining Cascadian citizenship through the Far Colonies treatment, that allowed him to keep his positions in the Cascadian Government.
Political RP career
It's documented in the old Terra Nova Cascadian records that keijo participated from day 1 in the Cascadian political landscape, being a Presidential counselor to 5 of the Cascadian Presidents, and Minister of Foreign Affairs until his secession from Cascadia, while being a Discord Administrator for the same Nation.
The Great USA War and the trade blockade
As soon as control of the Maldives was secured, buying it from sandr with a 500g loan by Cascadian notables, keijo began to develop Eston as a fruitful marketplace, which granted him complete autonomy to pursue trade deals with allies of the Cascadian Meganation. When the war with the USA broke relations with some of his clients, the bulk of his income got severed by not being able to export sugarcane to bleeblob, a well-known map artist. This, and other factors, provoked great unease in the relations with Cascadia.
Swap of the Maldives for Slave Lake and the acquisition of Nebraska
Between June and September 2021, keijo and JesTer struck a deal for swapping both Nations, Maldives and Slave Lake, with all the contents held in their Capital cities. Later on, Slave Lake was handed over to MaddieMao, while keijo purchased Nebraska as final place of rest until present day in Nova. With JesTer's departure from the Maldives for personal reason, the Nation was handed over to lolllol, keijo's personal friend, with the condition to continue JesTer's vision of a safe haven for all species, players, NPCs, and creatures, on EarthMC.

EMC Staff
Upon his recruitment as Staff, keijo had maintained a low profile, mostly known by Staff members for his non-conflicting tickets that only pertained bugs and refunds. His application was accepted in Oct 27, 2022, which brought a plethora of experience and insights to the team in regards of game mechanics, plugin configuration, ticket management, and some process optimization.
Unfortunately, on Jan 18th, 2023, after his promotion to Moderator, he took a pragmatic and sometimes condescending general approach to ticket solving, especially the ones involving controversial players who detent warnings for unwanted behavior (rule 2.4). With the blessing from Fruitloopins, he also took over the General Questions Thread (GQT) in the Support Discord, giving quick and succinct responses to players needing clarification on certain rules and strategies, while keeping the threads clean from spam or offtopic chatter. He's been regarded as one of the least involved Staff in the EMC Community, having no affiliation to any Roleplay group, so his rulings are usually seen impartial, albeit deprived of people's manners.
Among his fellow Staff members, he's regarded as the most experienced mod in game mechanics, but then again, his replies or engagement in discussion could turn into condescending comebacks, especially when he plays the "Old Man" card for no reason.
