Lugansk is a town on Terra Aurora in the Russian State nation, created by askate on the 7th of January, 2023.

The town is located in the Donbass region, is close to Kharkiv (north-west), Izuym (west), Donetsk (south) and bordered by Bakhmut (south).
Lugansk also posseses 2 chunks in Rybinsk and 1 chunk in Baranowichi.
Diplomatic relations
Lugansk considers Rybinsk, BismarckStadt, Pyatigorsk, Baranowichi as its freinds.
Also, Bakhmut, Kremenchug are considered as enemies, because of occupying land and killing citizens.
Conflicts
The city had a conflict with Kremenchug in mid-January, the mayor says because of killing clay and dirt miners from Lugansk, when the city was a part of Soviet Union.
Also, the mayor askate (known at this time as Kyivstar) had a little conflict with Rybinsk over Sakuya Izayoi / Donbass Heroes island, near Rybinsk. The conflict resolved in a ceasefire.
