Description
Nikolai_I is a Autocrat at heart, and was the founder of the town of Moskau. Nikolai_I was known around the map as either a Autocrat, a diplomat, or just a simple player who has stirred up the servers feeling towards Communism.

Nikolai_I keeps good relations with his neighbors and especially Tsar_AlexanderI, and Runnerboy72000. Recent events have revealed that Nikolai_I has had a good relation with Nazi_Germany and hated Soviet_Terra, the mayor of the fallen Seaterrica.
