Nikolai_I is a Autocrat at heart, and was the founder of the town of Moskau. Nikolai_I was known around the map as either a Autocrat, a diplomat, or just a simple player who has stirred up the servers feeling towards Communism.

After being gone a whole year, Nikolai_I returned under a new name, Nikolai_II. Nikolai has had a wild adventure within the two months he has been here, first as Viceroy of Benin, then King of Benin, then President of Russia, Regent of Russia, and now finally, Chief of Dnipro. On the 26th, Nikolai_II on behalf of the Russian Empire, made peace with MLGTerra after a 10 minute long argument.
