The objectives of the Nation of Northeast China are to expand its current territory westward into the Gobi Desert, where leader chummyontwofps plans to gain complete control over a large portion of sand coverage in the area. The nation believes that sand is a public resource with lots of economic potential, and protecting the rights to proper harvest of sand without interference is in the highest interests of Northeast China. Other objectives include expanding cheap map art selections, creating a central hub for embassy shops, and mass-mining the underground area. Northeast China recognizes ethical sandmining, and promises to keep all excavation at least 200 blocks away from bordering towns.
