Ecuador is a dead, inactive nation in South America bordering Colombia, Inca, Peruvian_Amazon, and Peru. It used to be a part of the Inca Empire before it dissolved (not to be confused for the very active nation of Inca) It still does have 8000 gold though, and if it is about to fall (currently the leader comes online once a week) he will likely spread his wealth to other South American comrades, which is truly the most he could do in his inactive state, it used to be an average nation, with 2 towns, and the capital being a whopping 329 chunks, it seems that Ecuador has not been a big spender.
