History
Forte_Carlos was built during and completed directly after the Siege of Tirana by Byzantine troops. It was founded by Pres (one of the builders), with the funding of Carlos_Doreli, and in the same day given to his sister njsolomon. It fell sometime in May 2019. The fort itself was later renamed Overlook, revamped, and incorporated into the City of Dyrrhachium in early November 2019 by Pres.
