Pachacuti_ (or Pachacuti Yupanqui) is the mayor of Antofagasta located on the west coast of South-America, and is the current and first Spa Inca (king) of the Inca Empire. He also was once the president of Spain.
He has been on the server since november 2017 in the reconstruction era, and has been relitively active to this day. he is the founder and builder of Antofagasta and was once the King of Chile witch later changed into into the Incan empire witch later fell, so he joined the Spannish empire under the administrative region of peru witch he later became administrator of, on the 5th of April he became president of Spain for one month.
