北平創建于2022年10月7日，最初由前唐帝國國務總理XD01建立，目前由中國共產黨中央委員會與中國共產黨北平市委員會作為北平市的政府機關。

Founded on Oct 7, 2022, Beiping was originally established by XD01, former Premier of the Tang Empire. Currently, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Beiping Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) are the government organs of Beiping City.

在2022年4月末，EarthMC服主Fix宣佈開放Terra Aurora服務器。在5月2日，服務器開放一後不到一天，中華人民共和國首都北京就被歪果仁搶注了，之後由LuoYifei_2020創建了Peking，但因LuoYifei_2020涉嫌違反服務器規則，被永久封禁
