Brooklyn_Tony198 is more active in the country than Lucas2011, although being a Canadian Chief. Perce is mainly a town for building project, and has 3 skyscrapers and many other buildings so far, including a railway station.

Brooklyn_Tony198 is part of the Canadian military, and Brooklyn_Tony198 has participated in the The October War, as well as the The Catalonian-Yorktown War.

Perce was originally created by DDime, then transferred to BlastAngel, then theBear1234 took it over, and now Lucas2011 is in charge.
