Petrograd (official known as the soviet republic of Petrograd) is the largest town in russia with a population of __. It is a member of USTN and is situated at the end of the baltic sea, in the actual location of S.t Petersburg, Leningrad. At the moment Petrograd has only two major monuments based on historical Petrograd; the Peter-paul fortress (incomplete) and the town spawn the smolny institute.
