Raids of Budbrooke
The Raids of Grävinstein, or also called the Raids of Budbrooke, were a series of raids conducted by the Viking Cult, due to various reasons.
Background
Sale of Grävinstein
The town of Grävinstein, in early January, was owned by Slickss. After getting bored, he sold it for 10g, to Sleepysloo, a new player. Right after this, Sleepsloo would start acting rude and insulting to Slickss, and his friend Maple_d. This started the hostilities.
Leaving Denmark
Sleepysloo would make Grävinstein leave Denmark without giving a good reason, further increasing hate towards him. By now, part of the EMC community commonly reffered to him as "The kobiKraft of Europe".
During the Raids
First Raid
The first raid would occur a day after the sale of the town. Slickss would go to the town and kill Sleepysloo around 3 times, and left after gaining random loot, and a few iron tools.
Skirmish of Grävinstein
This would start after Maple_d, and French president Colt_44_Magnum would arrive to the town. Colt immediately killed Sleepysloo, with Maple killing him twice after. German kaiser _Sidon_ also arrived, and killed Sleepysloo around 15 times before leaving. This would end in a huge defeat for Grävinstein, losing many diamond tools, armor and much morale.
Third Raid
The town was once again raided by Slickss, who killed Sleepysloo 5 times. He got a few efficiency tools, and a god bow.
Slowdown
By now, Sleepysloo had been killed around 25 times, and had lost nearly all his stuff. However he continued recruiting, and Slickss and Maple_d continued to attack him.
Fourth Raid
After spotting Sleepysloo online, Maple_d and Slickss went to the town, with Slickss immediately killing him. However Sleepy got his gear back before Slickss could pick it up. After, he attempted to kill Maple_d, but Maple killed Sleepysloo. Sleepysloo would be killed 3 more times after, losing his god gear, god bow, god sword and building materials.
Fifth Raid
The day after the Fourth Raid, Maple went out to find Sleepysloo. Sleepysloo was found in the wilderness, and he quickly got killed 5 times. Sleepysloo requested his items back, and was forced to pay 8 gold in reperations. In the end, Sleepysloo once again lost gold, materials, food, weapons and morale.
Sixth Raid
This was by far one of the largest raids on the town yet. In this, Maple, Slickss and even Warriorrr came to the town. They immediately started to kill everyone, even the two online residents. After about 1 hour of fighting, around 17 kills were counted, and many items were captured.
Skirmish of Budbrooke
MapleVK and Shengderui both arrived at the town of Budbrooke. They stole wood at first, and dug a small pit outside the town. After Shengderui convinced Sleepysloo that he is with him, and got him to make a large pit and enable pvp there. After a bit of fighting, Shengderui attacked Sleepysloo and pushed him into the trap, surprising him. The both jumped in and almost killed him, but he towered out. After this, MapleVK was stuck in the hole, trying to shoot Sleepysloo with his bow. However, Sleepysloo was pushed in after sneaking on the edge. This resulted in him being killed later on, gaining a god set for the attackers.
Eight Raid
This raid was started by MapleVK after he spotted Sleepysloo mining in the wild. After camping for 10 minutes, he spotted Sleepysloo and knocked him down 60 blocks, where he died of fall damage. He dropped god tools, and multiple ores, which Maple left with after. This caused an estimated 25 gold damage to the town.
Second part
After a while, Slickss arrived at the town. He captured Sleepy out of claims, and killed him. He killed him about seven more times afterwards, in the end gaining him a god diamond pickaxe and a few other items.
Counter-Attack
After Sleepysloo had lost nearly all his neccesary items, he decided to attack Odense. However a few more Brits took notice, and Sleepysloo continued dying, totalling up to 13 deaths. However the battle soon moved to Budbrooke, where he got killed a further 5 times. He managed to trap 3 brits, but they tped out and came back. At this time, sageblue_ managed to get Sleepysloo to add him as a friend. After this, sageblue stole his spawner, and before he could take more, he was removed as a friend.
Ninth Attack
This was a relatively short one, the day after the insiding. Sleepysloo was mining when he was suddenly shot by MapleVK's bow, in which he dropped gold, and tools.
Defensive by Budbrooke
After getting tired of the constant killing, Sleepysloo was funded by France to claim some chunks, upon which he built a wall. Althought MapleVK has water glitched over this, Sleepysloo has not come out of claims, effectively removing most chances of killing him. This is expected to slowdown if not completely stop the raiding.
