Recife

Recife is a town in northeastern Brazil that was founded on the 9th of November 2020 by TwisterSelvagem. Recife is undergoing construction and due to this it is currently not very open to new residents.
History
Old Recife
Recife was originally founded on 1 November 2018 by Luke_Show on the same location of the current one but it was disbanded two years later as a consequence of the inactivity of its mayor.
New Recife
In August 2020, approximately after one year of inactivity of the original town, xenomorph07, who was living in Mehinaku at that time, suggested TwisterSelvagem, former emperor of Brazil, to recreate the town right after the original one was disbanded. After waiting for a couple of weeks for it to be deleted, Recife was refounded exactly on Brazil’s two year anniversary.
Unfortunately, the ruins of the old town had to be destroyed in their entirety since they were so badly damaged that there was no possibility to restore any of them.
Geography
Recife lies on the northeastern coast of Brazil, at an altitude of five blocks above the sea level or 68 blocks above the bedrock level. The town is located in the biome transition zone between savanna and jungle biomes. Recife is the easternmost town in South America.
