History
Siscia is a town founded in Canada located between Alberta and Saskatchewan. It was in the nation of Canada up until declaring its independence on February 28th. During its growing period (still ongoing), it is up to 30+ members and second on /t list 1 (As of March 4th).
After declaring its independence, Phillybob777 then founded the nation Publica Romanorum (SPQR meaning Senātus Populus que Rōmānus or "The Roman Senate and People").
