Sorong (Classic)

1st Sorong

I do not know much history of this town, it was the Capital of the Nation Oceania until its fall.

2nd Sorong

Sorong is the Capital of Japanese New Guinea Run By The_Pock. It was founded on the 11th of February 2018. It's Mayor is The_Pock who also runs all other Japanese Claims.

It is the heartland of New Guinea Nationalism and is the Headquarters of the New Guinea Liberation Movement.

Town History:

The Town ran into some difficulties during its founding. Part of the Island was already controlled by Tokyo. Due to it's location near Australia, and Japan's hostilities with the nation, the town has always attempted to keep a neutral stance as the mayor dislikes the idea of Sorong being a battle ground between regional powers.

Recently The New Guinea Liberation Movement has started to take hold, attracting the town's mayor to their side.

Due to ever growing tensions, as well as plans as the March 9th Plot, Sorong is struggling to attempt to make peace in the region.
