History
Southern Empire was created by PROJECT_SAVAGE from his town of Ceylon. It took in towns throughout the Southern Hemisphere. It was eventually renamed to Ceylon and its capital to Kandy and went inactive. It fell on June 8th.
Sad ending for a nation that, in a short period of time, looks promising
