Vilnius was a town created by EchoOcelot during the Republic of Germany. In August, it became the capital of Germany as paperpikmin left to found Antarctica. Eventually, it became just an outpost when EchoOcelot left to make Nicaragua (and later, join Jing back). He has plans to expand Vilnius as an outpost and make it better than it was before.
