In August, it became the capital of Germany as [[paperpikmin]] left to found Antarctica. Eventually, it became just an outpost when EchoOcelot left to make Nicaragua (and later, join [[Jing Dynasty|Jing]] back). He has plans to expand Vilnius as an outpost and make it better than it was before.
Vilnius was made on January 24th, the same day that Lithuania was made. It was created very early in the morning at 4:00 am est. The mayor of Klaipda was going to make it on the ruins of Kaunas but Montego Bay had recently been created on the ruins of Kaunas so Dragon_Herzogin had to make it as close as possible. Vilnius is as old as Lithuania and will continue to prosper into the future.

Vilnius was made on January 24th, the same day that Lithuania was made. It was created very early in the morning at 4:00 am est. The mayor of Klaipda was going to make it on the ruins of Kaunas but Montego Bay had recently been created on the ruins of Kaunas so Dragon_Herzogin had to make it as close as possible. Vilnius is as old as Lithuania and will continue to prosper into the future.
