Vilnius (Nova)

Vilnius was a town created by EchoOcelot during the Republic of Germany. In August, it became leader of Germany as paperpikmin. Eventually, it became just an outpost when EchoOcelot left to make Nicaragua (and later, join Jing back). He has plans to expand Vilnius as an outpost and make it better then it was before.
