Yunnan

The Constitutional Kingdom of Yunnan is a nation in South East Asia that is under Emperor 2019s. It was established in the 12th of January 2021.
History
Pre-Establishment period
The current leaders of Yunnan were past leaders of the nation of Seychelles, but after a series of staff conversations and briefing, the islands that made The Seychelles were terraformed in the past and forced the leaders and citizens of past Seychelles to move to a more clear and empty location, and Yunnan was chosen for the successor state of The Seychelles.
As many have noted, Yunnan is established on Xia territory and BellInnit was caught lying about being allies with many nations, including Xia. They also claimed all of the Hong river, which includes a big chunk of Indochinese land, including one of its largest cities. These actions as well as others made Indochina hostile towards Yunnan as they knew that even if they retracted their claims for now, they would most likely try, and fail, to enforce them when they had the strength to do so.
The Prime Minister also paid 10$ for their flag that many consider ugly.
Post-Establishment period
As the nation was established in January 12th 2020, rapid construction and expansion plans of the capital city Dali started. As so, the Emperor and Prime minister started a campaign of recruiting citizens together with the past Seychellois citizens. The Prime minister started talks about relations and alliances with different nations around the world of EMC, like Kamchatka, Sibir, The People's Republics of Siberia, Korea and The Moroccan Kingdom.
Government
The Government of Yunnan is rather, complex. There is an Emperor, that holds the responsibility of all the fields of the nation, using the Prime Minister as the assistant in these fields, and the Senators and Ministers as advisors and vital members of the Government. Yet, the Ministers and Senators have a vital role to remind the Emperor of forgotten duties and take care of things that the Emperor has not yet done. As so, the field of democracy and monarchism makes its way to unity yet avoiding autocracy at any possible risk.
It is important to note, however, that the Prime Minister is most likely the one pulling the strings.
Military
Yunnan isn't necessarily neutral, although doesn't hold a permanent military of forcibly or volunteer military, yet the citizens and government members usually fight raiders and die to them due to the lack of equipment. A lack of strong Industry (such as XP grinders and enchanting tables) have made this lack of equipment happen.
Buildings
No nationally recognized wonders/important buildings have been finished, yet most of them are planned and sketched out.
The last part of that statement is highly disputed.
Notable People
Most notable people of Yunnan are mostly government members, or are not Yunnanese in any way, yet contributed to the establishment and growth.

National Subdivisions
Since January 2021, there is one subdivision that makes up the one and only town, Dali. That is: The Dali royal prefecture.
