Zealandia
Zealandia isn't a physically existing continent in Earthmc or real life and is a submerged landmass that is now underwater. Zealandia comprises of currently only one nation called New Zealand as other islands are mostly uninhabited and not very populous. Zealandia's main landmass would be New Zealand and most cities would come from the nation but these are the towns/nations that currently exist within this submerged continent:
