Saigon (Classic)
Overview
Saigon is a town located in southern Indochina that was build by Sarmango and was then was abandoned until Hong Kong outposted it. It is a second-order town of Hong Kong. It was built on the ruins of Saigon.
History
Saigon Independent
Saigon was ruled by Sarmango who left it to found the Vatican City. It consisted of a castle and three wooden huts, there are two signs in the castle that say "Saigon abandoned May 16th 2017" and "Explored by TheAudriteGamer"
Hong Kong Rule
Hong Kong was having interests in the area, a planned location was Da Nang but someone took it, so Hong Kong resorted of building a town in Saigon due to the booming population of Hong Kong at the time.
Soon two active players joined Hong Kong and moved to Saigon and ran the town, one of which was Alexxa_Games, the first Chief Executive of Saigon, then when some robbings happened and Alexxa moved to the mainland, PrincesssAdriana was made CE of the town, who is still the CE of the town.

After this act, all colonys of Hong Kong will be abandoned including this one.
