So New Zealand is split up into two islands as you may know and I had plans on changing the capital to Timaru but the mods wouldn't accept the change. I just decided to make Timaru the spiritual capital of South Island and make the mayor in charge since I'm basically not doing anything in emc anymore. But you know, irl some countries have two capitals like South Africa, Malaysia etc
