== Overview ==
After zqppy, the owner of Spain, stole two villagers from Abkhazian Lisbon runnerboy72000 began preparing to declare war.  After about a week of discussing things and giving zqppy time to apologize, runnerboy72000 and the Oblast of Abkhazia declared war.
