They failed miserably, incurring minimal losses on Cascadia's part(esp compared to their goals), while most of Wagner died out(Like Chad, who were a dead nation by the end of it), stopped caring, or weren't very involved in the first place. The own article's writing states "The end of the Wagner War was never official, and it only 'ended' because Wagner Group eventually fizzled out."- and this is not stated to be caused by Cascadia in any context, Wagner War or otherwise.
