THE REPUBLIC OF KALAALLIT

Kalaallit, officially known as the Republic of Kalaallit, is a sovereign and independent republic situated on the island of Greenland.

Kalaallit is founded upon the principles of republicanism, democracy, freedom, equality, and the rule of law. The Republic recognizes that political authority belongs to its people, and that the government exists to serve the interests and welfare of the nation and its citizens.

The official language of the Republic of Kalaallit is English, which serves as the principal language of government, public administration, and national communication.

Kalaallit seeks to build a peaceful, open, and prosperous nation. The Republic is committed to maintaining friendly and peaceful relations with all nations and peoples, respecting the sovereignty and independence of other states, and resolving international disputes through dialogue, cooperation, and diplomacy.

Kalaallit stands as a free republic in the Arctic, committed to peace, friendship, and cooperation with the world.

We currently have a town called suzumiya,which is also our capital.
