Republic Of Magadan

The Magadan region is a region on Russian territory in Eastern Siberia.It's located north from Shelikhov Gulf.  (previously known as Urodan) .Also know as Republic Of Magadan Oblast

History

The nation was founded oon 21/07/2020 by Ghemacu.After one full day of revolution in front of the NSDAP building the protesters got what they want at the end of the day a democracy not a dictatorship.Casaulties: there were two protestors killed during fires.

The eleven hours revolution.

Early protests occured in the city of Port Evensk in a respons to an attempt by the government to banish famous scientist LilPanda7272 because he stole gold from the national vault to buy a mending book.The country's ubiquitous secret police force, announced the country's biggest leaders about a future revolution.It was not clear when the revolution would start  and where it would start.

Port Evensk uprising.

Port Evensk was the city where the revolution had begun.Some of the protesters attempted to burn down the building that housed the Gestapo HQ. They responded with  Potion of Harming and Slowness Potions , while police beat up rioters. Around 06:00PM the rioters withdrew. They regrouped eventually around the Ocean View Hotel  and started a protest march around the city, but again they were confronted by the Police forces.At 06:41PM the protesters conquered the city.

Long Way to Mandrikovo.

On their way to Mandrikovo protesters that had taken Evensk, they regrouped into the ice station and set off to Mandrikovo.The army barricades and several explosive mines were placed on the road.Twenty minutes later, protesters began demolishing parts of the wall that protected the capital of Mandrikovo.

After 20 minutes trying to search for a place that was not occupied by claims they have begun to break the wall into the capital.It took a long time to get rid of the lava near the wall and constant attacks by the army and elite SS troops.

Street Confrontations and Ghemacu speech.

At 07:25PM the protesters have breached into the city and stayed in front of the SS building to wait for the police forces and SS soldiers to come out but they got camped by the protesters.An hour later, protesters received a message from authorities that Ghemacu is preparing to hold a speech from the balcony of Volkstrum.About two minutes into the speech, some in the crowd actually began to jeer, boo, whistle and yell insults at him, a reaction unthinkable for most of his rule.He then tried to placate the crowd by offering to raise workers' salaries by 2g per month while continuing to praise the achievements of the Country of his rule. However, a revolution was brewing right in front of his eyes.The jeers and whistles soon erupted into a riot; the crowd took to the streets, placing the capital, like Port Evensk, in turmoil. Members of the crowd spontaneously began shouting anti-Ghemacu slogans, which spread and became chants:"Down with the dictator","Death to the criminal", "We are the People, down with the dictator".The speech wasnt a succesfull at all.Protesting has started to be more and more violent.It was clear that this situation is out of control.Thirty minutes later protesters began to enter the volkstrum and seek the dictator.He escaped through the sewage system but was caught by some protesters who had now come from Evensk.The dictator was taken to the Sun Square and was forced to sign some agreements

The agreements demanded that the nation change its ideology from national socialism to democracy.

Geography

Magadan consists principally of mountainous desert, tundra, and taiga. The southern part of the region is partly forested with birch, willow, mountain ash, larch and alder.You also can find here The Kolyma Mountains or Kolyma Upland is a mountain range in northeastern Siberia, lying mostly within the Magadan.

Governance

The Constitution of Magadan is based on the constituion of France(the real one) and was approved in a national referendum on 5 August 2020. The country is governed on the basis of a multi-party democratic system and the separation of powers between the legislative, executive and judicial branches. It is a semi-presidential republic where executive functions are held by both the goverment and the president.The Prime-Minister is elected by popular vote for a maximum of two terms of five months.The legislative branch of the government, collectively known as the parliament , consists of two rooms whose members are elected every four months by popular vote.Magadan uses Montesquieus tripartite system.

Legislative

The legislature  is one of three fundamental independant powers and is responsible for discussing and approving the laws in terms of their content and form, as well as for controlling the executive and the judiciary.

Judicial

The role of the judiciary is to interpret and enforce laws in the name of the state.

Executive

The executive is in charge of implementing laws in practice and managing state bureaucracy.The PM is in charge of the government.The role of this power is not the issuance of laws (role of the legislature), nor is their interpretation (role of the court). The government, however, can propose laws for approval by the legislature.

The justice system is independent of the other branches of government and is made up of a hierarchical system of courts with the M.J.C. being the supreme court of Magadan. There are also courts of appeal, county courts and local courts. The Magadan judicial system is strongly influenced by the French Model(yet again the real one). 

Foreign Relations.

At the moment Magadan is in the Eastern Alliance.And the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is XXOmarPro he is in charge representing Magadan.

Military

Magadan Armed Forces consist of land and air.The president as the Supreme Commander during wartime.The Armed Forces consist of approximately 4 military personnel.During wartime this number can increas very quicly because of drafting civilians.

Government Positions

President:

The President is both the head of state and head of government of the Magadan, and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces.This means that if any problems related to Magadan arise, be it internal problems or foreign opinions, the President is responsible for taking the blame as it is the President who is responsible for the Government that runs the country.
