Origin
Childhood
PolkaDotBlueBear was born to a family of candy jaguars and ice bears on the 5th of march 1943. At a young age PolkaDotBlueBear was fast to learn the skills of flying and his ambitions for glory soon caught the eyes of Master Fix.
Recruitment
Fearing the danger of a such powerful creature Fix took it upon himself to raise him for good. Polka was able to claim his seat on the jedi moderator council.
