Skylordvoxaco is the current leader of the Manila and the Fascist Republic Of The Philippines. He is a fascist and is currently fighting a civil war where multiple members of the Philippines decided to secede because of his iron fist refusing to make changes in the nation.
He is known to hardly ever ally with other nations, making trade difficult.
