Nikolai_I is a Autocrat at heart, and was the founder of the town of Moskau. Nikolai_I was known around the map as either a Autocrat, a diplomat, or just a simple player who has stirred up the servers feeling towards Communism.
Relations
Nikolai_I keeps good relations with his Russian allies, however despises any enemies to the Russian Tsardom but does not exclude them from Russian meetings. One of these Enemies is Runnerboy. Alexander_I is held in high regard by Nikolai, and Lucled is a close friend.
