[[BetaPlain]], not sure on what to do, made a proposal to the town on 8 February 2020 to delete Portland and recreate it at a more suitable location.  This proposal received unanimous support, and support from non-residents of the town were considered.  Shortly following this proposal, [[BetaPlain]] began saving vote gold for the creation of a new town, and player [[EstiQT|Estonian Mapping]] asked [[BetaPlain]] to rename Portland to Bend and sell it to a nearby player.
