Location
Hakurei Shrine is a town located in Eastern Siberia. Location was choosen as the most unexplored one in Eurasia, which means it has a lot of potential.
History
Founded by RzT with a main goal of building stuff related to Touhou Project universe.
Politics
As by 22 May, we are part of nation called "Far Eastern Republic".
