The idea of the N.S.A.S appeared long before its creation. It was created due to the inactivity of Ioslainns leaders. The nation wanted to leave [[Ioslainn]] in peace, initially winning approval from them.

The nation was created on the 23rd of February 2021. It was founded by [[RandomWill]]. At first, the nation included towns such as: [[New_Kildare]] and [[New_Wexford]] recently expanding to include towns like [[Dalvík]] and [[Everlux]]. After its creation, [[Reykjavik]] expressed negative attitude towards the new nation, carrying the possibility of war. This issue then de-escalated, rendering peace among nations. The Arctic States instantly found an alliance with [[Godthab]], an influencer of peace among iceland. It was decided that the capital should be situated in [[New_Wexford]] because of its economic superiority and situation within the island.
