Beginning of the Incident
Alania claimed two Pacific Islands on their way to see if Tahiti exists (it does not) and claimed both Kolonia and Kosrae. Apparently Kolonia was under Spanish authority even though it was unclaimed.

The next day Alania's leader PolkadotBlueBear recieved word that Spain wished to talk to him. NSaurioGamer of Spain said that Alania must unclaim or face War.
