To understand why the Russian Federation even existed, we must go back 2 months before the subject was brought up. The Northern Entente had been formed by Severny, Severia, Rus_Khaganate and another nation which later withdrew. This new self-proclaimed super-nation was quickly rising in popularity, and it was risking the place of the PRR in politics. During the last days of the KawadaJP regime over Japan, a player called Kim_Taeyung and a player called julianmxchoppa started a deep friendship. Kim eventually invited Julian to the Northern Entente. Few days after relations began, Karafuto formally joined the NE. Kim during this time sold Severny to a player known as Swrhitzy. This brought the New Northern Entente, under a very different environment. It was no longer a nation to have recognition, it was now something with plans to expand even if it meant war. Internal chaos soon arrived when TheLocalWizard and Swrhitzy openly protested againts having a PRR nation in their ranks. Conflict was starting to slowly become a possibility, but it turned into a huge one when the nation of Zhilinda was formed very close to the nation of Rus_Khaganate. The Russian Empire was on a very dark period. Elgik had stepped down from the Russian throne, making the Prime Minister at-the-time Bunnyrich the Emperor. Through December and the beginning of January the entirety of the Russian Empire managed to give the impression of finally having stabilization, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Senators and Ministers where quitting left and right and Bunnyrich had to do something about it. On January, Panama joined the Russian Empire, giving the Russian's a huge advantage in Central America. This alone was not able to help, so Bunnyrich attempted to get nations to join the Empire. Northern Russia and Wrangel would become some of the first nations to be added. This ambition caused Bunnyrich to ask members of the PRR to join the Empire, which was at first met with very weird views. East Russia was now on a string of having to choose from 2 completely different systems. Ambition from the Empire had caused tentions to rise hugely. Russian Empire was weak but it pretended to be strong, causing trouble which was soon well resolved. If its ambition had gone past that, Russian politics would be different today. | |||

On November 4th 2021, the PRR had made an aggressive move which pissed off Japan a lot. One of the PRR leaders had just founded the nation of Karafuto, and was infiltrating the government of Japan with the help of various Asian allies who Japan was either allied or at war with. During this time, Karafuto joined the Northern Entente. When the fall of Japan had happened, Karafuto went inactive and was eventually sold. With the gathered gold, julianmxchoppa and Kim_Taeyung funded the nation of Zhilinda. Zhilinda was originally made to put pressure on the nation of Rus_Khaganate which would rise tensions in the Entente by huge levels. The PRR started to fund nations in China and Europe in order to gain larger influence. The PRR eventually got the nation of Sakha (formerly Rus_Khaganate) to join the PRR, which spiked tensions between the new Imperial Severny and PRR. PRR was basically at the time on a huge expansion spree, which eventually caught the attention of Russian Empire. Fresh off the horrible wounds of the New Entente, Severny asked the nations of Rus_Khaganate to join the soon to be Imperial Severny. When Rus joined, Imperial Severny joined Greater Quebec and proclaimed itself into a super-nation. Imperial Severny would get all of the land that Golden Federation had at its peak, and start to play a role in politics. After the attempted coup, the PRR and Severny started to threaten war on each other. Moments before a formal ultimatum was sent to Imperial Severny, Swrhitzy decided to start a white-peace deal. From there, Imperial Severny would go on to be a stron PRR ally. Ambition could've impacted the Russian integrity to horrible levels, and would've probably changed the course forever. | |||
See a pattern here? Ambition creates dangerous circumstances that can lead to consequences that affect everyone. All 3 major participants had one goal: Expand. Imperial Severny towards both East and West, Russian Empire towards the East and PRR towards the West. Everyone had the goal of expansion. What better way to make everyone's wishes come true than by uniting every entity into one big super-nation of supernations? Those are the origins of the Russian Federation. | |||
