Blue Russia is a Coalition formed to combat the Enemy Russian States to restore the Regionalist Empire of Russia which was led by Runnerboy72000, Alexander, and Nikolai, who were all leaders of three towns known as Abkhazia, Moskva, and Nizhny-Novgorod.
