The new system keeps all the old rules regarding what the King can and cannot do, and the Prime Minister still exists. All rights, freedoms, and nearly all rules previously created out by a Poll have been kept. Proposals are still made by the public, and with three likes it becomes a Poll but the Polls are voted on by the Parliament, not by the Public. When referring to all members of the Government, the name Members of Parliament is used, or M.P. The first Parliament of this system was a continuation of Rodo’s government of December, 2020. Elections begin on the twentieth of every month, with three days between Senator, Judger and President Elections, meaning the elections last 9 days.

The current Constitution is a summarisation of the rules laid out by the Polls. It was written by Olivio90 and chosen on the 29th of November, 2020. It was reformed by v_Rodo to conform with the new system. Many Polls can and are considered extensions of the Constitution, though they are not added to it. A good example is Poll 180, which re-defined the role of the Speaker, or Poll 164 and its continuation, Poll 187, which created sub-divisions and states of Brazil.
The new reformed system was created due to the dissatisfaction of a select group of players that, through daily conflicts, were capable of forcing the reform. With a lot of specific rules, the system became super complex and putting it into practice was considered hard, most of it's rules never took effect even when the people who wrote them were given power to apply it theirselfs.

At its head was the President, officially the President of the Republic, who ruled for two months. Beneath the President where three other ‘Presidents’ who each governed a branch of the Government. These branches where the Courts of Justice (Judicial branch), the Senate (Legislative branch) and the (confusingly named) Government (Executive Branch).  The President of the Republic had a hand over each of the lesser Presidents, but they controlled their branches foremost. These three Presidents formed an advisory council  for the President of the Republic known as the Council of State. Government Officials where subject to many exceptions and expectations.  Polls where renamed to ''Decrees'' and Polls which where yet to be decided where called ''Bills''. Decrees continued to be called Polls by the public. The Justice system was simplified into a system composed on one President of the Courts of Justice, who kept that role for life, and two Judges, who all dealt with cases based on the degree of crime.  It never would be applied entirely, hence oddities such as ten senators, no Courts of Justice, calling Decrees ''Polls'' and players holding dual positions. Put bluntly, Brazil continued to use its previous system despite the intention to change it. At the end, these intentions where either an act or moving at a ridiculously slow pace because very little of the system transition had occurred, even four and half months after they began.

Following the complete immediate dissolution of Brazil’s Legislative and Judiciary branches, the government was reduced to its Executive branch, the Council of Ministers. This has been kept frozen since the declaration of the new Empire, to make executive decisions and advice the King and Prince. The intention is for this to remain until a new constitution has been written. As of mid-March, 2022, this does not seem to be going ahead. Polls and Proposals have become useless, now going unacknowledged and unimplemented. Despite this, the strength and solids of the Brazilian community has led to an unorganised but stable and peaceful period, where politics are discussed without any special role  and projects go ahead without official clearance or any state-organised initiative.
