Brasilia is the seat of government of the Empire of Brazil, being also the largest city in the nation (both in size and population). The city was ruled by Emperor BlackQuartz untill the day that the Empire of Brazil felt.
The town was annexed by Brazil during the peace time and then left Brazil to join Xingu.
