They accepted the mass recruitment claim, however argued that towns affected accepted those people into the towns, and could have just said no. The government of Zambie, more specifically, MasterNathan, stated that this was no excuse.

During the collapse of Guinea, Cape Verde collaborated with Nubia to secure land for themselves in Guinea-Bissau and Sierra Leone. As they secured two formerly Guinean towns as well as comfortable borders, friendly and productive relations were formed between Nubia and Cape Verde. These friendly relations would continue to grow as Cape Verde expanded their influence over the West African coast and seemingly ran into conflict with Caesareansis. | During the collapse of Guinea, Cape Verde collaborated with Nubia to secure land for themselves in Guinea-Bissau and Sierra Leone. ==== Conflicts with Oman ====
Following the collapse of Guinea, and Tanzania's exit from the Spanish Empire on the 13th of April, 2020, Tanzania joined the Omani Sultanate. This sparked a conflict based on Nubia's claim that the League of Arabic States had agreed to leave Tanzania neutral following their exit. This event would notably shape Nubia's foreign policy to be far more friendly towards, and defensive of, independent African nations. Conflicts with Omani Sultanate and Tanzania would soon ensue with Nubia engaging in many battles with Omani Forces. This war would quickly merge with the Second Philippine Civil War as Godlyeriss was involved in it as well. After a change in leadership in Tanzania, Godlyeriss would step down and the new leader would signed Treaty of Zanzibar, admitting Omani responsibility for the conflict.
==== Conflicts with Tanzania ====
Shortly after their exit from the Omani Empire, reconciliation between Nubia and Tanzania was attempted however negotiations broke down two weeks later after failure to reach a border agreement and Tanzania created the town of Arusha in Somali borders. Recognizing that Tanzania would continue to be a problem and honoring their agreements to protect Somalia, the Second Nubian Empire made preparations to reinforce the region with more towns until a claim war broke out between the two. The conflict quickly escalated with both sides conducting frequent raids on eachother's towns and creating many towns in the region to secure their claims to the region.
