Astrakhan was created on August 2nd, 2023, by MrSnacky, a previous resident of the town of Kaz, a neighboring town. Astrakhan sits on the mouth of the Volga River and is currently part of the nation of Kazakhstan. Astrakhan has previously been part of various nations. First being part of Khazar, then South Khazar, after that Turkey, and most recently Kazakhstan, which Astrakhan has been a part of since July 8th, 2025.
