Nation founded by Devynaeri after she left the town of America. Eir Luna was the only town within her nation and she simply worked on building peacefully until the end of Classic. The nation of Valkyria was created prior to the town of Valkyria as she made sure the name was not already in use beforehand; they were not associated with each other in any way.
