Known for having attempted to unify the French-speaking community, founding the nation of Manitoba, and contributing to the diplomatic influence of the Victorian Empire since 2023.

Nova

It all began in the ruins of FuzeCity. Loutre Honnete founded his city, Oakland, in the nation of Victoria in 2021. He started by creating a newspaper and a political party: the Imperial and the ARP, short for Popular Republican Alliance. The beginnings were difficult, and he was censored by the ruling power but this helped launch his political career.

Within Victoria, he founded an economic alliance between several cities, a sanitary cordon against a threat coming from the nation of Oz. Loutre Honnete was preparing for the next server: Aurora.

The Chaos of Aurora

Arrival on Aurora

The arrival on the new server happened amid great commotion. The capital was quickly established thanks to the participation of many Victorians, including Loutre_honnete on the very first day. However, an authoritarian atmosphere soon settled within the nation. False accusations of theft and videos showing Emperor DeltaScorpior and Chancellor FatalSun_yt insulting citizens shattered the morale of the nation. Loutre_honnete soon went into exile in Yugoslavia, where he joined Georges Albert, who would become a close friend.

However, the situation in Yugoslavia quickly worsened due to the Bulgarian threat, and Loutre_honnete was forced into exile once again. After several short-lived adventures, he eventually returned to Victoria, which had stabilized but remained tense. In the meantime, Gbaguette had resumed the role of chancellor, but the nation was stagnating. Loutre_honnete founded his city Nouvelle Empiria on the border between Saint Siège and Galactrice.

He quickly gathered the government's opponents into a coalition and decided to go on strike against Gbaguette's government and FatalSun_yt's rule.

The Great Strike

The situation quickly escalated, and the threat of secession from the entire western part of the Empire forced the ruling power to back down. The heir, Touqan_, and Chancellor gbaguette realized the harmful influence FatalSun_yt had on the nation and decided to join Loutre Honnete’s protest movement. In a final act of rebellion, Loutre Honnete and Touqan decided to steal the capital's resources and destroy as many buildings as possible before each going their separate ways.

Loutre Honnete arrived in Bordeleaux, a city located in what corresponds to modern-day Malawi, within the nation of Zambia, led by Ikarr57, an ex-colony of Victoria. After a few weeks and the abdication of FatalSun_yt in Victoria, several former Victorians including FatalSun_yt himself, arrived. Zambia quickly collapsed due to internal conflicts, and once again, Loutre_Honnete decided to leave.

The Era of Diplomacy

Minister of Diplomacy

Loutre Honnete took charge of the Ministry of Diplomacy. He launched several initiatives and signed multiple pacts with nations close to Victoria. His most ambitious project was the Francosphère, a union of all French-speaking communities as part of an initiative to ease tensions among the French. However, the tensions became too great, and a lack of interest from the rest of the Victorian government caused the project to fall apart.

In addition to his role as Minister of Diplomacy, Loutre Honnete was also responsible for managing the colonies. Under his administration, Victoria experienced its greatest period of colonial expansion on Aurora. Operations in Canada led to the securing of two nations—Nunavik and Coronation—where several cities were established to develop the local initiative. In France too, many cities were claimed in Lorraine.

Victoria also experienced its first official war. In an effort to support Tierra Del Fuego, a Victoria ally, Loutre Honnete, with the approval of the imperial family, decided to enter the war. However, the prevailing inactivity and incompetence within the army—led by Gbaguette—prevented effective support for Tierra Del Fuego against Patagonia, and the war quickly ended in Tierra Del Fuego’s defeat.

He also ran for the Chancellery and won with the AIPV (Action Impériale Populaire Victorienne/Victorian Popular Imperial Action) against Gbaguette's party.

First Revolution

Due to jealousy and internal tensions, the situation deteriorated, and the people began to rise up once again. While some, like Loutre Honnete, advocated for mediation and compromise with the people, others—such as RedFire2500 and FatalSun_Yt—completely ignored their needs. It didn't take long before the people took up arms, thus sparking the first revolution.

Thanks to a clever maneuver by individuals close to Emperor FatalSun_Yt, the capital and the nation were handed over to Loutre Honnete, who became Louis I of Oakland, the 4th Emperor of Victoria.

The next week, a congress was held with the various architects of the revolution. It was agreed by Loutre Honnete himself that he would abdicate and hand over full power to a provisional Government led by NathMN_ former Minister of Diplomacy; RedFire2500 would later join him. This was intended to establish a new, more democratic and stable regime.

The White Partisans

Opportunities in France

Following the Revolution, a new opportunity arose: the unification of France. Loutre Honnete left for Francia, which at the time was undergoing a unification process with France. Several former Victorians from both the mainland and the colonies also went there.

After a highly promising first few weeks, tensions and divisions began to surface within the project. The man who was supposed to unite France under a neutral and indivisible banner—Jean Leroux—turned out to be nothing more than an impostor, adored by some but criticized by others for his inactivity.

Amid the chaos, Loutre Honnete skillfully maneuvered to maximize his gains from the situation. He sold his city (Languedoc), along with all the cities in Lorraine—former colonies of Victoria—and left as soon as the project appeared to be deadlocked.

Creation of Manitoba

Gbaguette and Touqan followed Loutre Honnete on a long march to Lake Manitoba. By pooling their resources from Bordeleaux and Pingouin-Sur-Mer, Touqan and Loutre_Honnete founded Jakarn-Les-Flots and the nation of Manitoba in Canada.

During his rest in Jakarn-Les-Flots, troubling news reached Loutre Honnete from his advisor Gbaguette, who had returned to Victoria to oversee the sale of the nation: NathMN_ had handed power back to FatalSun_Yt. A war quickly broke out between Victoria and Manitoba, the First Manitoba-Victoria War. Thanks to a clever operation, Gbaguette managed to destroy Ceduna, kill the enemy Emperor twice, and steal gold from him. In the following month, Manitoba achieved total victory against the tyrant.

Some time later, as the Empire of Victoria had stabilized under a real government, Loutre Honnete returned once again to Victoria, leaving Touqan in charge of Manitoba.

First Civil War

During his time in Victoria, he composed the anthem Ô Victoria, which is still used today as the imperial anthem. He then rejoined the government, but a major issue quickly emerged once again: trust was completely absent within the nation. Everyone was on edge, and everything collapsed into a second civil war when NathMN overclaimed the National Stock of Imperatoris from Duchy_Bar_Verdun. FatalSun_YT attempted to save the situation by seizing control, but Emperor DeltaScorpior formed an opposition with Pelle Nomme, who resigned from the government alongside Loutre Honnete.

The very next day, Manitoba was expelled from the Commonwealth, and the Second Manitoba–Victoria War broke out. A political group called the White Partisans was formed to restore the House of Haut-Castel to power after it had been driven out of the capital through a vile act.

The nation fell into the hands of FatalSun, but with no remaining residents. Those who had remained loyal to the Emperor left for Portneuf or Manitoba. A period of stagnation followed. After a long time, in a rare moment of clarity, the dictator FatalSun_Yt decided to return the nation to its rightful heir, Pelle Nomme. The Second Civil War had just ended with a victory for the White Partisans.

The Victorian Revival

Economic Revolution

Following a period of recovery and under the leadership of Pelle Nomme, Victoria decided to launch a direct attack on Duchy_Bar_Verdun, led by NathMN_, and its ally Tonga, ruled by Red_Yoshi. This swift offensive reached the ears of Loutre Honnete—it was time for him to return to Victoria one last time.

Backed by his reputation as a liberator and leader of the White Partisans, he launched several initiatives, including the PCG (Pacifica Central Group), intended to accelerate the nation's development. He recruited a total of four employees and gave them clear directives for the work (ice subway lines, stations, etc.)

Several traitors were judged for their past actions. Prominent figures such as FatalSun_YT and RedFire2500 were fined, while the former governor of Tasmania, ZenixLeVrai, was executed for high treason after having taken advantage of the chaos to declare independence.

Once everything was in place, Loutre Honnete decided to go on vacation, as he held no governmental responsibilities.

The April Revolution

Upon his return, Loutre Honnete was surprised to see that the political situation in Victoria had once again spiraled out of control. Due to the manipulation of FatalSun_YT, a huge part of the citizens had left the server. Jealousy toward Emperor Pelle Nomme’s successful administration began to grow, and within just a few days, the Second Civil War erupted.

In the span of a single evening the nation was deleted and under direct orders from the Emperor - the White Partisans requisitioned all resources from the capital and sabotaged the national shop. A mausoleum was then established, on the direct order of Loutre Honnete, so that anyone who wished could write one final message there.

This was the April Revolution.

Slowly and gradually, stability began to return—but the nation remained divided. The Emperor and his supporters chose to relocate to Pilbara, while FatalSun_YT was backed by Queensland, a former vassal state of Victoria led by Nala, who had joined the traitors.

Little by little, and following a series of events, Loutre Honnete took control of Tasmania and established his authority there.

After a few weeks, Victorian Empire was restored by the Emperor, and Tasmania officially became a governorship of the Crown.

Tasmania continues to develop under his control, and order has been partially restored.

With a desire to reform Victoria and cleanse society of Fatalist influence after the revolution, Loutre Honnete founded the Victoria First Party (VFP). The goal was to build a new society rooted in merit and democratic ideals, putting an end to the corruption of the Old Regime.
