ヌギニ共和国(ぬぎにきょうわこく、縫義似共和国、英:Republic of Nugini(RON)、中(繁体字):縫義似共和國(発音上はNugini)、中(簡体字):缝义似共和国、韓:누기니공화국、独:Republik Nugini、IPA:)通称ヌギニは、パプアニューギニア西部に位置する共和制国家である。首都は加津市。 EMC上で国家として独立していない為、自称国家、地域として国際的にしばしば用いられる。

Republic of Nugini (Japanese:ヌギニ共和国/縫義似共和国, Chinese (Traditional ):縫義似共和國(Pronunciation:Nugini), Chinese (Simplified):缝义似共和国, Korean:누기니공화국, German :Republik Nugini, IPA:) commonly known as Nugini, is a republican state located in western Papua New Guinea. The capital is Katze. Because it is not independent as a country on EMC, it is often used internationally as a self-proclaimed country or region.

Nation name 国名

Nuginiの国名の元となったのはトクピシンの「Ripablik bilong Niugini」、インドネシア語の「Nugini」から来ている。しかし、言語法ではトクピシン、インドネシア語は公用語と定めていない為、あまりこれらの表記は用いられない。 省略表記で「縫」という表記がしばしば用いられる。 英語では「Republic of Nugini」の頭文字を取り「RON」と表記される。

The origin of the country name of Nugini comes from Tok Pisin's "Ripablik bilong Niugini" and the Indonesian word "Nugini". However, in linguistic law, Tok Pisin and Indonesian are not designated as official languages, so these notations are not often used. The notation "縫" is often used in the abbreviation in Japanese. In English, the initials of "Republic of Nugini" are written as "RON".

History 歴史

2023年04月24日20時に当時のニューギニア領加津市の建設を宣言。 同年07月に加津市の最初の住民、現在の人間国宝である団栗氏が所属。 08月04日、花火大会を実施。しかし、開催直前の19:30頃、nekokami222によってKatze how2らが殺害。 これにより、加津市はnekokami222個人に対する宣戦布告を開始した。 08月07日には加津市北部(現在の有津都区付近)にPvP at Katzeを宣言、占領した。 これに対し加津市は猛反発し、当時の加津自由軍を派遣。 09月頃(要出典)に軍事境界線を制定した。 その後、PvP at Katzeは崩壊したものの2025年01月迄は立ち入りは制限されていた。 2025年01月06日、Nugini共和国として独立。 同年02月に天神ウンボイ島を吸収。 4月に北津郡野生町を吸収し今に至る。

At 20:00 on April 24, 2023, the construction of Katze City, the then New Guinea territory, was announced. In July of the same year, the first resident of Katze City, the current living national treasure DoOoOonguri, belonged. On August 4th, a fireworks festival was held. However, around 19:30 just before the event, Katze how2 and others were killed by nekokami222. As a result, Katze began to declare war on nekokami222. On August 7, PvP at Katze was declared and occupied in the northern part of Katze (near present-day Arzt ward). In response to this, Katze strongly opposed it and dispatched Katze Freedom Army at that time. Military boundaries were established around September (要出典). After that, PvP at Katze collapsed, but entry was restricted until January 2025. On January 6, 2025, it became independent as the Republic of Nugini. In February of the same year, the territory increased, and it has reached the present.

Politics 政治

二院制で内国院、外国院に分けられる。 内国院は2週間以上ヌギニに属している国民に、外国院は2ヶ月以上認められた名誉国民、人間国宝に被選挙権がある。任期は何方も3ヶ月。 大統領はKatze how2である。

In a bicomeral system, it is divided into a Domestic Court and a Foreign Court. The Domestic Court has the right to be elected to citizens who have been in the Nugini for more than 2 weeks, and the Foreign Court has the right to be elected as an honorary citizen and living national treasure recognised for more than two months. The term of office is 3 months for everyone. The president is Katze how2.

Culture 文化

ヌギニ共和国の首都である加津市には、ニューギニア島全体へアクセスできる駅や病院、テレビ局等がある。 また、他の国家にはない国民の休日がある。

Katze City, the capital of the Republic of Nugini, has stations that can access the entire island of New Guinea, hospitals, TV stations, etc. There are also national holidays that are not available in other countries.
