'''Newburn''' was a town located on the bank of Bristol Bay. The town was notable for being the seat of the Duchy of Aleut and one of the largest towns in the Alaskan Empire.  The town was founded on 25 Jul 2019 and was destroyed via inactivity sometime around 2021.

====Pre-founding====
Player BetaPlain had entered the server on 28 Jun 2019 and trekked across Europe, Asia, and North America before finally reaching his destination for the town.  BetaPlain had begun the long process of voting to raise the required 64 gold to start the town.  During this period of sparse activity, BetaPlain was killed multiple times.
 
====Founding====
After enough gold was finally raised, the town of Newburn was created on 25 Jul 2019.  BetaPlain was contacted by player _Incarnation of Cascadian Alaska, and an agreement was made to absorb the town into the nation.  Cascadian Alaska was chosen due to the inactivity of Yukon at the time.
 
====Mineshaft====
One of the first construction projects of Newburn's existence was the ambitious Newburn Mineshaft.  The Mineshaft's plans entailed a one chunk wide hole to Y coordinate 12 for optimal mining purposes, with the walls lined with iron blocks and sea lanterns to illuminate the shaft.  The shaft digging finished on '''[date]''' with assistance from town member Irre1evancy.  The costs to purchase the needed iron blocks urged BetaPlain to scrap further improvements to the shaft, barring a skylight that was later added to increase light within the shaft.

This will be required for new wiki pages on towns as it will give readers a better idea of the town they are looking at and to show some achievements of the town. Buildings do not have to have any standards to be shown, literally just wilderness can be shown if the town is just wilderness, but something must be shown.

This is a required field to detail important members of the town historically or currently, so it's easier to tell which people are in which area and to get a better idea of the region. This can be organized in a list, for example:

==City Subdivisions==
This isn't required but is a good idea to help add space and add meat to your article, mostly for larger cities. This refers to neighborhoods, outposts, or other smaller sections of a town that can be described individually. This IS optional however. This is specified so it's more clear, for example you could have a subdivision for each neighborhood or outpost. Generally it's at your discretion.
