Xeocas joined Vermont on 20 June 2024. During his time in Vermont, he proposed numerous governmental reforms and owned the town of Yarmouth before relocating to Unity, transferring Yarmouth to [[MrChief]].


During his time in Vermont, Xeocas made many proposals to improve the nation. Xeocas owned the town of Yarmouth and later moved to Unity, giving Yarmouth to MrChief.

Xeocas served as an advisor on empire affairs and helped implement the “Make Pilbara Rich Again” initiative with [[unitativebog]] and [[kobicraft]]. He departed Pilbara on 2 September 2024, receiving honorary citizenship for his contributions.

Xeocas left Cascadia for less than 1 month to take part in the revitalisation and rebuilding of Havaiki, however, he later returned to join the presidential campaign against Hawaiian.
