The “Organizer” of Massachusetts is considered the Head of State and leader of the executive branch, and is commander in chief, and is elected via a popular (FPTP) vote .
The President of Massachusetts is the Head of State and the  Head of the Executive Branch, and is commander in chief. They are elected via a ranked choice vote and are responsible for enforcing and approving laws sent to them by the House of Representatives.
The Organizer may be voted out via referendum . The organizer may also be impeached via a referendum, which follows the same rules as the vote of no confidence.
The Organizer shall not issue a decree or proclamation or announcement that results in the removal of Article 1.
The Organizer shall appoint cabinet members.
