Napier, is a Capital City of the New Zealand Meganation, alongside NZ. Because of huge projects planned by Mimchuxx, A city council was formed with active members of the town to support and discuss the city's future. The council, Led by LordOvega, also includes separate ranks in the council almost like a minister, but less powerful. For example, Syrrez is the "Head of Architecture" as the city's main builder beside Mimchuxx. The Head of council must report ideas from the council to the Mayor. Currently, plans include a huge national megashop and more.

In early february of 2026, [[Mimchuxx]] created his second EMC town (after New_Kalmar) named "Chicken_Bay". After gaining 50+ Residents and popularity, he decided he would join the new zealand nation in the new, Nostra server. To begin with, it was going to be the same name and place as aurora, except as a bigger project instead of a small town originally made just for himself.  
This can also be named Architecture/World wonders/whatever. This will be required for new wiki pages on towns as it will give readers a better idea of the town they are looking at and to show some achievements of the town. Buildings do not have to have any standards to be shown, literally just wilderness can be shown if the town is just wilderness, but something must be shown.
