Napier, is a Capital City of the New Zealand Meganation, alongside NZ. Because of huge projects planned by Mimchuxx, A city council was formed with active members of the town to support and discuss the city's future. The council, Led by LordOvega, also includes separate ranks in the council almost like a minister, but less powerful. For example, Syrrez is the "Head of Architecture" as the city's main builder beside Mimchuxx. The Head of council must report ideas from the council to the Mayor. Currently, plans include a huge national megashop and more.

Italicizing or bolding the first group makes it a lot easier to see in different to the smaller ones so its recommended.

However, on the 28th of March, it was announced that Chicken Bay would be no more and would not continue in Nostra. Instead, the town would be set up as 'Napier' in a new location. (Hawke's Bay Region)
As you can see, it looks relatively neat when there is enough text in each subdivision, so this is the recommended route to take.
